Ok this is my first time ever doing a video so hopefully its not to bad lol.
I used to trial version of fraps which only lets you take 30sec clips at a time
then used Microsoft movie maker to put it all together and add info and stuff.

you could have used ZDSoft video recorder. i forgot where to get it but i think its better than fraps. the only problem is that gameguard tends to block most video recording programs because its detected as a hack.

I woulda made one but every time i start recording i get killed 40times by pvpers >< and its taken me like 4days and im still not 100 pfft i quit
