I dont know if its just me but wouldnt it be right for the icarus hall acumen to have the same amount c speed as when you have the dynasty phantom acumen equiped?

hurray another user for icarus hall,take my hint dont bother enchanting it >< better try an icarus spirit it has same stats....its too late for me Sad ,the icarus hall doesnt give either cast spd or crit,only matk..
